Become a Partner

It’s easy to maximise your visibility on Physeek by becoming a partner and listing your business for free. Simply register a Business account with us and login to your dashboard. Go to “Create Listing” and complete the form.

At Physeek, we aim to promote the best health and fitness services for our audiences to discover.

If we’ve already created a listing page for your business, you can make a request to claim the listing. 

All you’ll need is to provide us with evidence that you are the owner or are employed by the business before we can transfer over the listing page to your registered business account. 

If you no longer want to benefit from the free online visibility and exposure to new potential customers Physeek offers, you can permanently delete your listing through your dashboard. 

You contact us directly to permanently delete your account and all associated listings. 

Physeek offers a few forms of advertising and promotion. Sponsored ad campaigns and sponsored content. 

Setting up a sponsored ad campaign, can be done directly via your dashboard. Visit “Ad Campaign” and “create new”. There are three campaign positions; Spotlight, Top of search and Side bar. 

Spotlight: Ads appear in the recommended section on the home page

Top of search: Ads will appear at the top of the search results

Side bar: Ads will appear on the right of a listing page.

The Preferred Partner badge helps our customers identify which of our partners are the most trusted and reliable. Preferred Partners benefit from free priority visibility and promotion on the Physeek home page and content. 

To become a Preferred Partner, you need to display a level of engagement on Physeek. For example if you achieve the following:

 – Ensure your listing is complete, accurate and up to date. 

 – Set up booking requests in your dashboard. Please note, the settings are global and will appear across all your listed pages.

 – You have received positive reviews

 – You are regularly reviewing and updating your content.

If you believe you have met the above criteria and have not yet been awarded a preferred partner badge, contact us directly and we’ll review your listing. 

We reserve the right to revoke a preferred partner status if you are unable to maintain the criteria listed above.

Physeek is for all health and fitness related services and activities. This includes, gyms, personal training, fitness classes, physio sessions, group sports, physical assessments, online PTs etc.

We aren’t set up for selling retail products or events just yet. 

Does your business offer multiple health and fitness services. You can break these out into separate listings to improve the customer search-ability and conversions. 

Is your business spread across multiple locations e.g. you have a set of gyms or you run boot camps across the city? You can create and manage a listing per location under your business account. This does require a bit more effort but will allow you to properly benefit from the search and booking tools. 

To start using the Booking tool, go into your dashboard and visit “Bookings”. Here you can set up your global appointment time slots (e.g. if you select 30 minutes, it will be reflected across all your listings), once set up, the Book Now button will appear on the listing pages where customers can login and request a booking. You will be notified when a request is made, you can approve, decline or contact the customer with further details. 

We recommend including a link to your booking policy and terms and conditions in your listing page to ensure customers understand your cancellation, refund and no show policies. Physeek acts as a search and booking facilitator and does not currently support disputes.  

Physeek is a search and booking facilitator, we currently do not manage disputes between our partners and customers.

It’s important to include all your booking policy details in your listing page and ensure customers understand this when a booking is made. 

Physeek currently does not offer direct booking payments and transaction management. All payment processing and refunds must be managed directly between the business and customer. This can be on-site or pre-pay via a secure payment processor such as PayPal. 

Ensure your customers are fully informed of your refund policy and you abide by them.

Using Physeek starts from nothing, we understand the pressures small businesses are under and want to help. Our aim is to build your clientele without charging you an arm and leg to achieve it.

We offer three subscription tiers; Basic, Premium and Enterprise to help give you flexibility and pick which  best meets your business needs. Upgrade your plan as your needs change.

We also offer paid for promotional services to give your listing an extra boost, just visit your dashboard and create an ad campaign or contact us via advertise@physeek.co.uk to discuss promotional content.

You can change your plan at anytime:

Monthly subscriptions:

For paid monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds if you decide to downgrade or cancel your plan. If you choose to upgrade your plan within the first 24 hours of signing up to a paid subscription, contact us  with your details and we’ll provide a discount code to avoid you paying the full price twice. 

Annual subscriptions:

For annual subscriptions, we offer a one month grace period for if you decide to upgrade to a Premium or Enterprise plan or downgrade your plan. Just contact us and we’ll provide a discount code so you don’t get charged the full amount twice to upgrade or to provide refund if you want to cancel. 

After the one month grace period you’ll have to pay the full plan amount. Similarly, if you decide to downgrade or cancel from a Premium or Enterprise plan after the first month,  a refund will not be provided.

Currently, the search result page lists results in order of the most viewed. We continue to optimise this  to ensure customers continue to be served the most appropriate results and maintain a positive experience. 

The search tool is your key to increasing your business’s visibility to new potential customers. Optimising your page is vital to how and where you appear. 

Follow the tips below:

– Your business name – if you have multiple locations, include the area in the name e.g. My Gym – Victoria.

– Full address – this dictates your position on the map. Make sure this is accurate down to the door number. 

– City – this is the important one, make sure you include the city your business should be located under. The home page search form will refine results based on which city the customer enters. Avoid specifying town or postcode as this will exclude you from results unless the customer specifically search for that area.

– Category – select the category that most matches your area of services. If you choose a sub-category you will appear in that sub-category and the parent category. 

– Amenities help customers refine results to best meet their needs, make sure to include yours e.g. showers

– Price – make sure to add an accurate reflection of price range as customers often filter by this. 

– Business hours – make sure your future customers know when you’re open

– FAQs and Description – this is a great spot to include relevant keywords and give customers the reassurance they need to book with you.

Currently Physeek doesn’t offer a direct integration with popular booking management platforms. This is on our to do list! For now you can include your website URL to your booking form or use our booking request form.
